Step 1: Email us

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Send It Back
Package the item securely. Make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
